Mit dem Erweiterungsset „Maxi-Spikes Wolken-Challenge“ (71409) können Kinder ihre eigenen LEGO® Super Mario™ Wolkenlevel erschaffen. Das Set beinhaltet vertraute Challenges aus den Super Mario™ Videospielen und 3 LEGO Figuren: einen Maxi-Spike, einen Bumerang-Bruder und eine Piranha-Pflanze. Die Spieler verdienen sich digitale Münzen, indem sie eine der 3 nicht enthaltenen Figuren – LEGO® Mario™, LEGO® Luigi™ oder LEGO® Peach™ – Duelle mit Maxi-Spike austragen lassen, auf die orangen Pilztrampoline springen, um an den Bumerang-Bruder heranzukommen, oder den Superstern-Block benutzen.
