Dieses exklusive Mini-Modular-Set ist eine authentische Miniatur-Darstellung der ersten 5 Gebäude der Modular Building-Serie: Café Corner, Market Street, Green Grocer, Fire Brigade und Grand Emporium. Mit einem sehr detaillierten Design kann jedes Gebäude als eigenständiges Stück angezeigt oder mit den anderen Gebäuden im Set verbunden werden. Die Mini-Café-Ecke enthält Details wie einen Ventilator über der Tür und bedruckte Hotelschilder, während die Mini-Marktstraße transparente Ziegelsteine und eine einzigartige Ziegelkonstruktion enthält. Der malerische Mini Green Grocer verfügt auch über transparente Ziegel und eine Feuerlöschung auf der Rückseite, während die Mini-Feuerwehr eine Ziegelglocke und weiße Bogenwandelemente enthält. Schließlich verfügt das Mini Grand Emporium über ein Dachschild, Oberlicht und eine Fensterwaschplattform.
